Tertia’s approach to our customer focus is based on years of university research in India, Japan, and the U.S. Our primary market is the global 2 Billion ESL speakers, but our focus is not learning English. Rather, we see ourselves as the media reward for people who have embarked on the path to become part of the global English-speaking community.
